Matt is a securities, white collar, and business litigator and trial lawyer with Miller Canfield. He has tried and arbitrated a wide variety of cases, ranging from felony matters, company securities and international intellectual property cases. He is also a skilled appellate lawyer and court-certified mediator and complex commercial arbitrator. Matt is married, active with his 3 children and involved in several charitable organizations.

Mindy was appointed to the United States Naval Academy graduating in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science. She was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Marine Corps and throughout her 28-year career in the Marines, served as a Supply, Logistics, Administration and Recruiting Officer. She is married and has 2 daughters.
