Vullo, a First Amendment case arising out the Parkland school shooting. His lecture will focus on how the case changed pleading standards, and there will be time for a Q&A session.

Professor Reinert knows a thing or two about pleading standards, as he argued before the U.S. Supreme Court in Ashcroft v. Iqbal. He has also testified in Congress on qualified immunity and frequently trains legal professionals on civil rights doctrine. His work is published in dozens of law reviews and has been featured in the New York Times.
